SUMMARY:East Side Transit Tour with Joon Community
DESCRIPTION:Explore Saint Paul’s East Side with Move Minnesota and Joon Community! In this part of our city\, there are a lot of amazing neighborhood destinations just a short bus ride away. We’ll enjoy a few together on Saturday\, August 29. Join us! Meet us at Boba &amp\; Tea (827 Maryland Avenue East\, Saint Paul) at 12:30 PM\; purchasing a drink is optional. After a brief discussion about navigating public transit\, we will head out at 12:50 PM for a bus ride to Phalen Park where we will join Indigenous Roots to celebrate 20 years of Kalipulli Yaocenoxtli\, their Mexica Nahuatl in-house dance group 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM. We will head back to the bus at 2:10 PM to return to Boba &amp\; Tea by 2:30 PM\, where the tour concludes. Optional: Join the group at CrowBar &amp\; Voliere Spirits (704 Minnehaha Avenue East\, Saint Paul) \, a quick 16-minute bus ride from Boba &amp\; Tea\, for an optional hour add-on to the event to purchase a drink or NA beverage and hang out with the group. We will be at CrowBar from 2:50 PM to 3:40 PM before concluding the optional part of the bus tour back at our starting location around 4 PM. Please RSVP to attend! Questions?
