Uriah is a community organizer and educator with a BS in Political Science and a MAEd in Adult Education from East Carolina University. He has worked as a middle school Social Studies teacher and as a financial aid administrator. He was an organizer on the successful 2018 Vote Yes for Saint Paul Kids campaign and was a leader in the successful effort to form the Augsburg Staff Union. He was elected to the Saint Paul Board of Education in 2021 and currently serves as the Board’s Treasurer. Uriah lives in the Conway neighborhood with his wife, Ashley, and dog, Hamilton.
